As a relatively small consulting firm, client satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If we didn't get repeat business, we wouldn't be in business.

But it's not really just about business for us. There is a certain level of satisfaction on our end when we produce a better product for our client, and/or exceed the client's expectations in some manner.

Many of our clients have been coming to us for years because our price and service simply can't be beat. We frequently tell prospective clients to shop around for other engineers because we enjoy the fulfillment that comes from the client coming back and telling us they couldn't find anybody better.
