Norton Engineering was contracted by Zeller Management along with the Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton and the Public Health Department to renovate the old King’s Furniture store in Rand Plaza on Alex Rd. in Miamisburg into the new Alex Central Health Center. Norton was hired to design and develop the Architectural, Civil, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing designs and drawings for permitting. The 8,000 sq.ft. Health Center was remodeled by Citywide Property Management and is now accepting clients.
