Norton Engineering worked with Jim Bauman Design during the remodeling of the Shell gas station on Byers Rd. at the corner of 725 (Miamisburg-Centerville Rd.).

Jim Bauman wanted us to do the Electrical Engineering and the COMCheck report for their update into a new “TrueNorth” Shell Station with mini-mart. Thanks to a thoughtful owner, we approached our design with a green engineering concept, placing LED lights and other high efficiency equipment and furnishings throughout.

The 3,500 sq.ft. gas station/convenience store has been remodeled by Cara Builders and is open for buisness.
