Norton Engineering worked alongside Saturn Electric during the remodeling of Troutwine Chevrolet in Arcanum. Thanks to a contract between Saturn Electric and General Motors Co. we were incorporated into the project to handle the Electrical Engineering design that GM had mandated, requiring that all of their “out-of-date” showrooms were to be rehabilitated. The 10,000 sq.ft. dealership was remodeled by Ricop Construction Company, and is now finished and open for business.

Norton Engineering was contracted by Zeller Management along with the Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton and the Public Health Department to renovate the old KingÂ’s Furniture store in Rand Plaza on Alex Rd. in Miamisburg into the new Alex Central Health Center. Norton was hired to design and develop the Architectural, Civil, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing designs and drawings for permitting. The 8,000 sq.ft. Health Center was remodeled by Citywide Property Management and is now accepting clients.
